Founded on one frustration: good businesses, drowning in the wrong kind of help.

Marie-Caroline Watson started amadiso after years of watching service-based businesses get sold big promises and generic playbooks. What was missing wasn't more tools, it was people who actually took the time to understand the business first.

That's still the whole model. Every engagement starts with a real conversation, not a form. Every plan is built for the client in front of us, not repurposed from the last one.
